Frequently Asked Questions
At Pup Culture, we believe everything should feel simple and welcoming so you and your pup feel right at home from the start. If you don’t see your question here, please reach out to us!
What are your hours of operation?
We’re open everyday for your furry friend! We limit the number of dogs we board overnight, so the sooner you book, the better!
What vaccinations does my dog need?
All dogs must be current on all vaccinations, required by law and industry standards, including but not limited to Rabies, DHPP/DAPP, and Bordetella, and that the dog is free from any contagious illness at the time of drop-off. If a dog is not up to date on all vaccinations, we will require immediate pickup of the dog and will require proof of vaccination for future bookings.
Is there a trial day for daycare?
If you have any concerns, we’re happy to have a meet and greet before you book with us.
What should I bring for boarding?
Bring your dog’s regular food (labeled with feeding instructions), any medications, and comfort items like a blanket or toy. We provide bedding, bowls, and treats. If your dog prefers a crate, we can provide one or you can bring your own.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off service?
Yes, we provide transportation on the Doggy Bus within the greater Bozeman area.
What if my dog has special needs or medications?
We can accommodate most special needs and administer medications at no extra charge. Please inform us during booking so we can ensure proper care.
How do I make a reservation?
